In order to fully satisfy our mission statement, we have created a team to act on behalf of principals/investors to provide in-depth commercial, technical and legal advice and consultation.

Our activities mean that – and this is perhaps one of the key liability issues overall – we do not share liability with any of the other parties (architects, engineers, consulting engineers or other contractors) by way of joint and several liability agreements: we are on your side, the side of the principal. These are fundamentally the same principles as are practiced under Anglo-American building law.
